新冠肺炎全球大流行凸显了提高应对新兴风险的韧性以及通过合作解决紧迫挑战的必要性。

2021亚太气候周将加速推进合作&将气候行动纳入疫情后的复苏工作中。

Asia-Pacific Climate Week (APCW 2021) is poised to accelerate collaboration and integrate climate action into recovery from the global pandemic. The COVID-19 health crisis put a spotlight on the need for resilience against emerging risks and collaboration to solve pressing challenges. Building back opens an opportunity to address social inequalities and invest in economic development that is good for humanity and nature.

亚太气候周是由联合国气候公约秘书处（UNFCCC）携手地区东道国日本政府和高级别气候倡导者于今年3月启动的活动。受疫情影响，气候周于线上举办，时限延续到11月COP26大会召开前夕。

The APCW 2021 Virtual Thematic Sessions will be held on 6-9 July, hosted by the Government of Japan and organized in collaboration with core partners, UN Development Programme, UN Environment and the World Bank Group. Support comes from regional partners, the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

气候周将面向亚太地区的利益相关者，为跨区域的知识和实践交流提供空间，提升区域和全球气候雄心，争取在大会召开前取得重要进展。

亚太气候周将于7月6日至9日在线上举办边会，为各国政府和相关各方提供平台，探讨如何实现疫情后的可持续复苏、实现巴黎协定的控制升温1.5℃目标和建立气候韧性等议题。

Three tracks of side event will be held from July 6th to 9th to provide a platform for governments and stakeholders to explore how to achieve sustainable recovery from the pandemic, while helping achieve the Paris Agreement goals of limiting warming to 1.5℃ and building resilience.

将围绕能源转型，

开展一场“管理转型风险，抓住增长机遇——促进可再生能源的国际合作”边会。

四位来自智库、学术界、非营利组织和可再生能源企业的嘉宾，将围绕亚太经济体（主要是中国、澳大利亚和日本）的能源转型进展和潜在的国际合作领域进行圆桌讨论。

and
The Climate Reality Project
will organize a side event on
“Advancing Renewable Energy and International Cooperation”.

Experts from Australia, China and Japan will shed light on the progress of energy transition in the Asia- Pacific economies, and discuss the potential areas of international collaboration. Perspectives will come from think tank, academia, NGO and leading renewable energy enterprise.
